Role   Summary: 
As a Landscape Architect at PLA, you will be supporting design team on completing projects with exposure to all area of landscape architecture. Your primary responsibility is to complete specific design tasks as assigned on time with PLA standard quality under primary guidance from Senior Designers/Architects and directional guidance from the Lead Designer. You will execute and complete multiple projects (at any given time). You will be part of a Designer pool grouped under the Design Director reporting directly to a Senior Designers/Architect, Lead Designer on a project basis.  

Accountabilities: 
• Successful execution of design-related tasks (i.e. of moderate difficulty) across multiple assigned projects: output quality, meeting internal milestones, meeting project budgets (team hours consumed and direct project expenses) 

Responsibilities: 
Execution of Project Design (for CD, SD, and DD phases only) 
­Provide basic input to Senior/Lead Designers/Architects in the creation of design concept; Execute basic conceptual design work (as delegated by Senior/Lead Designer/Architects) ­Independently complete portions of designs that are less intricate (also under directional guidance of the Senior/Lead Designer/Architects) through SD and DD phases towards output that can be easily consolidated with the final SD and DD pack deliverables 

­Produce basic production (CAD) drawings  
­Proactively seek feedback from Senior/Lead Designer/Architects ensuring an overall good design Ensure completeness, standards and quality of design deliverables and design packages ­Prioritize work tasks across multiple projects along multiple phases 

Coordinate with external project consultants/parties 
• Support the Senior Designer/Architects in coordination activities as delegated ­When assigned, attend workshops, meetings with external consultants/parties, (and when needed contractors) playing a supportive role to the Senior Designer/Architects Ensure that outcomes and resolutions are captured for further articulation  
• Project work management Ensure compliance to timesheet entry ­Self-monitor hours budgeted and consumed on any particular project, understanding whether any project plan deviation issues can be anticipated, raise them and propose resolution to Senior/Lead Designer/Architects 
• Develop complete output in the project/tasks assigned on time with highest quality during assigned phases (CD/DD/WD/SS) 
• Assist design team in  drawing, using AutoCAD and other related task 
• Develop drawing and AutoCAD output as assigned by senior designer and Lead Designer/Architects 
• Support team in interaction with external parties and internal shared services as directed by supervisor 

Requirement: 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture 
• 0-5 years of experience in landscape design  
• Computer literacy (AutoCAD, Photo Shop, Sketch up, etc.) 
• Well communication in English 
• Self-motivated 
• Analytical and problem solving skills 
• Independent but good team player 
• Well organized and detail oriented
